Caroline Gao is a high-school student in San Jose, California, USA. She supports Safina’s event planning, leads international youth engagement initiatives, and develops social media content under the guidance of Safina staff. Through writing and leadership, she hopes to advocate for women’s empowerment in health and technology, global food security, and ensuring every young person has access to the education and skills needed to shape a sustainable future.
