Specific Objectives
- To train and empower women in starting small businesses and supporting innovative ideas for self-employment and income generation.
- To mobilize support and secure funding for direct M-Pesa cash transfers to families and women, empowering them to start businesses and achieve economic self-sufficiency.
- To promote inclusivity and equal rights for all individuals, by advocating for non-discrimination, social justice, and equal opportunities, while ensuring that vulnerable and marginalized populations have access to resources and support for poverty alleviation.
- To integrate environmental sustainability into our poverty alleviation and women empowerment efforts by implementing eco-friendly practices, promoting sustainable livelihoods, and seeking funding for environmental conservation initiatives that align with our mission
- To encourage and educate local farmers to adopt sustainable farming methods, such as organic farming and crop rotation, with a goal of converting 30% of the agricultural land to sustainable practices within the next three years.
- To promote the adoption of drought resistant crop varieties and implement water management practices to help communities cope with water scarcity and changing climate condition.
- To organize food drives that that encourage individuals and organizations to donate non-perishable food items, which are then distributed to those in need.
- To distribute smartphones to women and girls bridging the digital divide and granting them access to invaluable educational resources related to Agricultural Technology and sustainable food production.
- To conduct digital skills training workshops tailored to the needs of these undeserved communities, irrespective of their economic background or literary level.
- To empower women/students to be leaders in Clean Energy Initiatives and Climate Change Mitigation instilling a deep sense of responsibility towards the environment and fostering Sustainable Forestry practices and Green Living Practices"
