Start with observations
Describe the crop or plants, the visible concern, your general growing conditions and the question you want to answer. Use an approximate area, rather than a precise home address.
Agree the right support
If photographs or a visit would help, we will discuss an appropriate route later. Scope, reviewer, timing and any fee are confirmed in writing. Enquiries do not create a visit or diagnosis.
Human judgement. Honest limits.
This is a learning service, not laboratory testing, agronomic certification, pesticide prescribing or an automated model diagnosis. Where specialist assessment is needed, that boundary must be made clear.
Explore the existing Safina Garden project and Sustainable Homesteads programme. Digital garden tools are being developed separately; their presence does not prove a diagnosis service is operational.
