A practical guide to requesting a service, agreeing the work and following through.
Begin with the result
Choose a service and describe what you need. Safina reviews fit and capacity before confirming the scope, responsible person, timing, deliverables and any fee and currency.
Confirm before paying
Any paid work requires written terms and a confirmed service-specific payment route. Cancellation, rescheduling and refund handling must be explained before payment. Please do not send card numbers, PINs, passwords, payment screenshots or financial documents through an ordinary enquiry.
Verify, then deliver
Payment is verified against the provider’s completed transaction record and agreed order. A screenshot or browser success screen alone cannot unlock a service. Automated payment verification and unlocking are still being developed.
Keep the work accountable
Delivery follows the written agreement. Changes to scope, timing or fee need a new agreement. Ask the named contact about progress or concerns; do not assume a general website description confirms a booking.
Useful boundaries
Funding support does not guarantee selection. Garden learning is not laboratory testing or automatic diagnosis. Digital reviews do not authorise security, billing or credential changes. Resources are shared only with clear availability and reuse conditions.
